Sir Henry Wright, 1st Baronet (c. 1637 – 5 February 1664) was an English politician who sat in the House of Commons from 1660 to 1664.
Wright was the son of Laurence Wright MD.[1] In 1660, Wright was elected Member of Parliament for Harwich in the Convention Parliament.[2]
Wright was created baronet of Dagenham in the County of Essex on 11 June 1660 and at this time rebuilt the house at Dagenhams.[3] In 1661 he was re-elected MP for Harwich in the Cavalier Parliament and sat until his death in 1664.[2]
Wright died at the age of 27.
Wright married Anne Crew, daughter of John Crew, 1st Baron Crew. He was succeeded in the baronetcy by his son Henry.[1]
